I founded Find Your Focus in May 2025 with a powerful mission: to ignite the empathetic leadership potential within finance and technology experts. I know you excel at the technical—the reports, the code, the strategy—but leading people can sometimes feel like a challenge. That's where my passion comes in.
I draw on my first-hand experience as a CFO, General Manager of Corporate Services, and technology delivery specialist in New Zealand and Australia to give you a strong foundation for leading with empathy.

Do I join online or in person?
At this stage I am offering exclusively online sessions. Sessions are conducted via secure video conferencing software and offer the convenience of meeting from anywhere with an internet connection.
